Mr. Jolomi Arenyeka
Mr. Jolomi Arenyeka is the Managing Director/ CEO and founder of Sheer Luxury Apartments and Suite. He is a professional accountant to the core spanning over three decades of vast experience. In banking public and other private sectors of the Nigeria Economy his tract record reflects a passion for prudence without compromising quality and standard, transparency and excellent service delivery.
He is an accounting graduate of the University of Lagos in 1982 and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Prior to setting up Sheer Luxury Apartments and Suites, he served as Acting Executive Secretary of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund, Abuja in 2013. A Manager at employment and rose to the position of a Substantive General Manager, Finance and Account up till 2013.
Mr. Arenyeka also served as General Manager for 4 years to with IMC in 2001, a Company with subsidiaries involved in boat building , marine transportation , oil palm plantation and milling . Prior to that he had acquired vast number of years of experience in banking and investment management as Senior Manager/Head of Corporate Finance at the Nigerian American Merchant Bank Lagos from 1989 to 1997. He also had a stint of work at KPMG as Trainee Accountant.
Mrs. Felicia Omayemi Arenyeka
The Executive Coordinator, People, Utilities and Services, and a founding partner of Sheer Luxury Apartments and Suites. Prior to setting up Sheer Luxury Apartments and Suites she had served as Director of Human Resources, Nigeria Sao-Tome and Principe Joint Development Authority overseeing the oil and gas resources in the Zone from 2004 -2015. Mrs. Arenyeka also served as Manager Compliance as well Senior Manager/Head Human Resources, Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund. Prior to that she had served as Chief Labour officer, Industrial Relations with the Federal Ministry of Employment, Labour and Productivity where she began her professional career in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. She holds BA English degree from the University of Benin and a Masters in HR, Industrial and Labour Relations from the University of Ibadan. She is a two-time alumina of the Harvard Business School Executive Education on Strategic Human Resources Management and Organizational Renewal. A member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Management , SHRM, Certified member, Alternative Dispute Resolution UK, Work Place Conflict Resolution and certified trainer. She is also a certified HSE as well as OSHA from ITC/ILO Turin, Italy.
Mrs. Grace Adelakun
A pioneer staff of Sheer Luxury Apartments and Suites. She joined the hotel with previous hospitality exposure, proven work experience in guests’ relations, hotel management best practices and relevant laws.
Prior to joining Sheer Luxury Apartments and Suites, she had worked in different capacities ranging from Guest Relations Officer to Front Desk Manager at various Hotels in Abuja including the Summer-set Hotels and its subsidiaries between 2008 to 2011
As a pioneer staff of Sheer Luxury Apartment and Suites in 2011 she rose from the position of Front Desk Supervisor to Front Office Manager to Sales and Marketing Manager and currently Assistant General Manager, General Services/ Guest Relations /Sales& Marketing.
Grace Attah holds a National Certificate of Education (NCE) and a B.Sc. in Hospitality and Tourism from the National Open University of Nigeria.
Mr. Stanley Ejiroghene Anyoru
Mr. Stanley Ejiroghenea Anyoru, a professional and qualified geologist from Delta state university, Abraka, with over 6yrs experience in administrative and operations. Prior to joining Sheer Luxury Apartments and Suites in 2014 as supervisor he was involved in various teaching engagements and other administrative assignments in Dalta State. Over the past four years with Sheer Luxury he has brought to bear his experience us in the management of our general operations issue ranging from Audit, Human Relations, Store and Food/Beverage management. He rose to the position of manage broader with job responsibility in 2019.
Mrs. Naomi Kpenosen
Mrs. Naomi Kpenosen is the Company Secretary/ Legal Advisor of Sheer Luxury Apartments and Suites since its inception. She has a decade of professional experience and provides professional legal services, liaises with government statutory organization as it relates to the business and ensures compliance with all statutory regulations. She holds a Bachelor of Law BL from the Lagos State University in 2001 and an LLB in 2004 from the Nigerian Law School Abuja .She is also a Principal Partner at N.A. Weyinmi & Co Legal Practitioners, Solicitors and Notaries.
Mr. Afeez Adeyeye
A very versatile accountant with over fifteen years of experience in finance and corporate taxation. He began his career as an accountant with Cachez Turnkey Project and later joined DSP Ltd and Ujat construction Ltd as Chief Accountant and Accounts Manager respectively. Afeez graduate from Cyprus International University, Cyprus. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
